In this ongoing series of paintings, I try to capture and depict this Cosmic Marmelade we are all moving in. The series started in Kathmandu, Nepal, reflecting on the many pictures of Hinduist and Buddhist gods and the vibrant daily life oft he city. Painting these, I make my own versions of these motives, contributing to the unnumerable ones that already exist. In this repetition, the motives are transferred into a different contemporary context.
