In a Jazz club, somewhere in Frisco, Jack Kerouac witnesses the amazing show of Slim Gaillard.

 

Based on an extract from “On the road”, this animation shows the intimacy of the creation of music through improvisation and how it penetrates space. Through paper cut stop motion, time lapse and paper puppets, also the process of animating this film is a form of improvisation.
